my baby seems to be fond of giving me surprises nowadays! :)
after my class session last friday afternoon, i decided to just drop by yanni's workplace. he and i had an sms conversation and it made me a bit suspicious when he asked me where i was going after the class but i brushed it off because i didn't want to get my hopes up. when i told him that i was going to her workplace, he kept asking me questions like whether i was going to be there the whole day, what time yanni was ending her work and etc. i wasn't even aware of anything. all i did there was sit there, drink coffee and read comics. well that was until yanni asked me across the counter if whether i was meeting anyone. i immediately said no and she just shrugged off. well, it was definitely an odd question... until i received an sms from him saying "anyway, you look good in the white top, track pants and blue headband.." i was wondering like hell how he knew what i was wearing. i looked at yanni thinking maybe she told him but when i saw that she herself was not aware of anything, i looked around and saw him standing right outside the library door!!! i was seriously so shocked!! surprised!! hehehehehe... from then on, it was oh-so-lovely right till the end of the moment i sent him off to pasir ris.
the concert was alright even though it was held at the turf club. i really liked the asmaradana dance. there were loads of pyrotechnics. watching yed take the spotlight from iskandar was enlightening but my mood was kind of dampened when taufik batisah came in. i swear i could go deaf from the screams of the teenage girls and BOYS surrounding me. eka marina did a great job though. her voice is still as great as ever. and i get to see my baby on stage again on his main instrument, the bass guitar, after such a long absense from the stage. he looks as if he belongs there. and he sure did have great fun.
we went to paradigm after the first concert on saturday. it was our first time there and it was just his luck that a group of recruits from another company recognised him as a sergeant in tekong when we were arrived at the lift landing to paradigm. we danced and danced till my feet ached!!!
he's taking off on thursday so he's booking out on wednesday night. i get to see him tomorrow!! :P we might end up going clubbing again or just have a romantic night out camping at sentosa. i prefer the latter though. nothing better than to spend quality sweet time with a loved one.
my back pain is acting up again.... darn... i need to rest now.... aargh... -wonders how to get rid of this pain-
