the shoot yesterday will definitely be a very memorable one for me and the rest of variasians who went to the shoot. somehow variasi and rain will always be linked for the rest of our lives!!
i met up with farah, faesal and hannah at admiralty station and made our way to harbourfront station. faesal had his lunch while we all waited for reza to pick us up. when the van arrived, there was another two people in the van and being the friendly kind souls that variasi people are(rrrriiiiggghhhttt...), we introduced ourselves. meanwhile i noticed reza was wearing a wristguard. that poor thing was actually feeling pain in his wrist, prolly from too much driving and helping to carry a lot of stuff. when we reached there, they were shooting a scene and they told us to chill first until they called for us. so we decided to go to 7-11 to get ourselves something to munch on. by then, farhan and sa`lan arrived at palawan beach. the shoot kept getting postponed because of the rain and we had to wait for so long!! they were taking so long that we even had time to go on a small trip in the train buggy!! that was a damn bumpy ride. when my brother, arshad, yanna and niezam arrived, we just hung out, talked, joked, laughed, teased, ate, ate, ate, played taitee(finally learnt how to play it!!), watched a movie on sa'lan's laptop, swam in the sea in the freaking rain, played around in the rain.... all in all, we were having great fun!! haha.. with this amount of variasians, we are bound to hav loads of fun!!
when dey finally needed us for the shoot, we were told to run across the bridge with hands flinging in the air.. basically like crazy people. khakha! the next scene was us dancing around the main actors and actresses and show the camera that we having a good time. yah rite as if!! i kept getting my foot stomped on by niezam! the next was us going left right, left right(again!!!) with our partners going the opposite way of us. then we had to dance going in circles around the leading actor and actress. that was a headache for some of us after we were done. hahaha!! after that, reza sent all of us to tanjung beach. by the time we got there, it was late evening and the mood was just sooooooo damn freaking romantic!!! wit the strong breeze, peace and quiet, i almost wished i was with someone special but looking around, seeing that i was with my precious variasians, i couldnt have asked for anything more.(ok now everybody go.. AWWWWWW!!!) ok seriously, i was feeling soooo happy that i was with them. they'd beat having to be with someone special any time!! hehehehe!! reza picked us up again as the shoot at tanjung beach was moved to the ferry terminal. all of us had to pose a sexy pose ala 'karmasutra' and throw flour at them as they hop past us. well more like we got more flour on us den on dem cos of the freaking wind was going towards us!! hahaha... but it was fun!! the younger variasians was then told to go home while me, farah, hannah, faesal, khai and farhan stayed back for the next shoot at east coast park. when we got there, we started singing the song from hujan and recited lines from the hujan script. hahaha.. damn i miss those times. ah now the tarching part. hannah and i had placed our glasses on the floor at an area which we thought no one will ever step. never did we think the actor was going to totally dance like a mad man and before we knew it, i found out he had stomped on our glasses!!! hannah's glasses only had her lens popped out but mine.. BOO HOOO!!! mine was nearly totally crushed!!! the lens is chipped, one side is detached and the metal things holding the lens together are senget. i felt like crying seh cos the specs was so expensive. the actor did say sorry and i told him that it was ok. i wasnt upset at him. i was just upset that my precious specs is gone and that i cannot see at all. i dont really mind so much when the person said that the production will definitely compensate me. hahaha...we all went back home in a cab and when i reached home(by then it was already 1am), i almost immediately dozed off the moment my head hit the pillow. hahaha... but i couldnt doze off without having to log in the net and check my email. hahaha.. i only got to sleep by 3.30am and woke up the next day at 5.30pm!!! hahaha.... just in time to get ready to go for dance training now... hehee...
sigh.... both bad and good memories in just one day, literally one whole day. oh well, i did have fun and most of the memories were really good. aint got anything much to complain except for, I LOVE YOU GUYS, VARIASI!!! heheheheh.... *muacks* *big hug*
